Welcome to The Bali Spa (a unit of Ancient Spa & Wellness). By accessing or using our website (thebalispa.co) and reserving any of our wellness services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, booking appointments online or offline, or purchasing memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services Offered

The Bali Spa provides authentic Balinese and holistic wellness therapies, including body massages, scrubs, facials, hydrotherapy, and customized retreat packages. All services are subject to slot and therapist availability.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, via phone/WhatsApp, or in person at any branch. We advise arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for consultation and preparation.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly notify our front desk at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or deduction of membership hours.

5. Health Considerations & Contraindications

Please inform your therapist or front desk of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancies, hypertension, skin allergies, or injuries prior to treatment. Certain therapies may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions.

6. Code of Conduct

The Bali Spa maintains a strictly professional, therapeutic, and respectful sanctuary environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or solicitation toward therapists or staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, imagery, text, layouts, and brand assets displayed on this website are the intellectual property of The Bali Spa / Ancient Spa & Wellness. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
